Do you ever dream about launching the perfect campaign that will bring hundreds or thousands of dollars instantly into your business account? Well, today I’m going to share with you one of my secret marketing techniques that allows me to bring in hundreds of paid participants to my marketing campaigns.

You’ll also be surprised that my secret technique is pretty easy to do.

Are you ready?

Okay, here it goes…

Your marketing campaigns should be seen as a series of simple steps that lead to your targeted goal. Here’s an example. Let’s say I want to get 40 paying callers to my upcoming “10 Steps to More than Double Your Profits in the Next 12 Months ” tele-course. So, my ultimate goal for this launch is to promote a virtual coaching group, create a product launch and VIP day.

First, I would select a target date for my launch.

After the launch date has been established, I will work backwards by sending out a free (or very reasonably priced) preview.

The preview call will basically give 80% information about the upcoming course and 20% would be dedicated to promoting the new tele-course. The preview allows you to also build your list in the process.

During the preview call you are …

1.	Inviting callers to your paid launch.

2.	Allowing prospects to become comfortable with your style.

3.	Letting attendees know what results you will help them achieve once signing up to your paid launch.

Next, your main focus is to market your free preview call as much and as hard as possible. You will promote through social media, send emails to your list, find JV partners to work with, send out personal invitations and so forth.

These are all the things I’m currently putting in place for my next launch. As always, the results will be amazing. Now, it’s your turn. For your next marketing campaign add a freebie before the actual launch and promote it like crazy. You’ll then see how much easier it will be to fill up your marketing campaigns.

As a marketer, I admit… I’m guilty of spending all my time creating marketing strategies, marketing packets, advertisements, PR and pushing my clients business to get more expose that’ll take their profits to the next level. If you see my car, you’ll see it full of client presentations, flyers, promotional items and everything else listed under the marketing arena.

Some time ago, while asking a friend to help me load bags in my trunk, he was amazed at all the nice marketing paraphernalia I had. As he reviewed the papers, books, boxes and bags, he asked, “Christie, where is all your stuff?” I thought, “My stuff?” Then it dawned on me. “How in the world could I have forgotten to create my own marketing product?”

Well, I vowed to never let that happen again. That very same night, I put together a plan to create my own marketing portfolio that I would keep with me at all times. I’m still finalizing some of the designs and content, but I can’t wait to be able to professionally display my own business like I do for so many of my most fabulous clients.

The moral of the story is, be sure to not make the same mistake I did. You should always have a stack of business cards, brochures, flyers and your portfolio with you at all times. You never know when you’ll bump into a potential client who’s looking for your services. That’s one moment you don’t want to be caught off guard. Even if you don’t close a potential sale right away, you will have given them something to review that includes a call to action on how to reach you when they are ready to move forward with your services. So, don’t miss out on these once in a lifetime opportunities like I almost did.

Have you ever thought what makes potential clients hire you over someone else? Or… visa-versa. The answer most people will give is because the person has a need that your services fulfill. Others may say the reason is because you have more experience or you have a more elaborate portfolio.

Nope.

Most people don’t care about any of these things. Sure, they help, but the main reason for a potential client to hire you is because they feel emotionally connected to you.

1.	They trust you

2.	You understand their situation

3.	You are reliable

4.	You have taken the time to build a relationship with them

Now, I understand that not everyone has natural charisma to instantly implement all of the items listed above. If this sounds like you, luckily there are things you can do to build a close sense of connection with potential clients so you close more deals. Here they are.

1.	Stay in touch

Find a way to keep in contact with everyone who looks for your services. This can be done through a newsletter, a card or gift in the mail, or asking them to provide you with feedback about their experience coming into your office.

2.	Be honest

Most people can smell a scam a mile away. I sure can. Therefore, it’s always best to be direct and speak the truth. Never be judgmental, over critical, or try to sell anyone something they don’t genuinely need.

3.	Listen more than you speak

This may be a new approach to sales that some people are accustomed to, but it’s been proven that more deals are closed when the sales person asks more questions followed by taking a step back and listening to the potential client to answer. This shows you care and are naturally interested in the person’s needs.

Be sure to implement the above suggestions in your practice and see your results rise.

If you need help, I’m still offering my Fab Marketing Strategy Session to help make the next 30 days your best this year.

I also invite you to get my FREE Workshop, “4 Simple Steps to Eliminate the Blocks that Stop Money from Flowing into your Business Account.”

When business doesn’t go exactly as expected; it’s understandable for you to lose hope. These times may feel like the world is nearing the end; making you want to take a day off to wallow in our self pity and complain to your friends and business associates about how bad things are and how you don’t see any signs of hope for your the future.

The important thing is that you don’t let your pity party last too long. What I tell myself during unfavorable situations such as I’m not getting the expected results from a new product launch, or my networking efforts haven’t allowed me to attract the perfect client I want within the time I want. Of course my first inclination is to work myself into a frenzy, but luckily I know a technique that changes my situation around for the better… instantly! Here are my 7 steps to Change your Destiny in an Instant.

1.	Take a step back. You’ll want to remove yourself from the troublesome environment or situation. Depending on the issue, I may decide to take the rest of the day off to relax and watch funny movies or hangout with friend and family to take my mind off worry.

2.	Have faith. I’m sure you know there is a higher power watching over and protecting you. Well, why not use this power to your advantage and allow God, the Universe or Source to make the situation right.

3.	Let go. Let’s face it; within most unfavorable situations we do all we can to fix the problem immediately. Yet, sometimes our best efforts are not enough. In that case, you need to understand you’ve done all you can. Everything else is out of your hands.

4.	Gratitude. The same night, sit down in a quiet place and write out a list of no less than 30 things that went well that day or that you are grateful for.

5.	Good night. This step is simple. Have a good night’s sleep and keep a notepad next to your bed in case new ideas or solutions come to mind while you’re resting.

6.	Re-approach. The next day, your anxiety should be greatly reduced. This is a perfect time to start your new day by looking over the situation and plan to work on a solution to fixing your problem. My rule is to spend only 20% on the problem and 80% to find a solution.

7.	Be open. Last and definitely one of the most important steps is to be open to receiving the answer to your dilemma. Some people are pros at closing out the world when they are going through tough times. I hope this isn’t you. If it is, you will be amazed at how quickly you will receive most helpful advice.

So, the next time you find yourself going through a business issue, remember these steps, but most of all… Don’t Give Up! Amazingly, you will realize your destiny can change in an instant.

This week, I had a great time at the Woodland’s Country Club for our 23rd Annual Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament. Although I wasn’t a participant in the tournament, I replaced myself with the best substitute I could find; a friend of mine who also happens to be a former pro football player. Thanks, Al. You did a great job!

While everyone in the competition was focusing on making the best, straight shot they could, I found this moment to be a perfect time to mix and mingle with some major players in the business arena. (My specialty;-)

You see, the Chamber I belong to is very different than others in that most of its members are Senior Executives of major corporations such as Sysco, Reliant Energy, Center Point Energy, Hilton, CoAmerica Bank, Crown Plaza, The Watkins Group, Marriott, BMW, AT&T and more! Just being there made me feel like a kid in a candy store, of course while keeping my cool.

Upon entering the event, I did not allow myself to think of this day as a day of pampering and relaxation at an exclusive country club. Instead, I used the day as an opportunity to build relationships with corporate decision makers and who also have the ability to support Fab Marketing’s future endeavors.

However, it’s unfortunate to know that many of my clients are often times in the right place at the right time but fail to see the abundant array of wealth and knowledge that surrounds them. When they get an chance like I did to be amongst an exclusive group of executives, they don’t use this opportunity as an advantage. And since they allow fear to get in their way of exposing themselves to a society that’s in a higher economical status, they aren’t opening themselves to receive total abundance and prosperity within their business. And they will never allow themselves to be exposed to those who have no problem paying higher fees for their services.

I also understand that going to a Golf Tournament in a big red J.Lo hat (as I did) is not easy for everyone to do. It may be that you have a hard time feeling equal to those in superior positions. I know the feeling. But, I also know that what you are feeling is only due to limiting beliefs. If this sounds like you, then I’m here to tell you… there’s no need to be fearful. Let me tell you a little secret. The first thought when I left the club was, “Those were some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Everyone was so helpful, polite, and always greeted me with a smile; no matter how many times I zoomed around the course in my golf cart holding my big red hat to ensure it wouldn’t fall off.”

Creating your brand means everything to your business and the payoff is huge! Your brand allows you to really get your name out there as a leader in your field. From there, you have the opportunity to add new programs, seminars, workshops and more to your repertoire.

Every strong business needs a brand. Recently, I read the Apple brand has finally taken over the top spot as the leading Brand in the world; beating out the 3 time winner, Google.

Let’s face it, all this sounds nice, but what if you’re struggling to find the perfect brand for your business? What do you do? Well, here are 3 Top Brand Strategies That Make Your Business POP!

1. Your customer’s results and experience from your services.

To start you off, I’m going to ask you to come up with 30 or more positive experiences your customers receive based on the services you provide. Here are some examples.

• You help them get justice for other’s wrong doing

• They are able to achieve health goals much faster than doing it alone

• They are guaranteed a boost in business and profits when they commit to working with you

• Their personal relationships become stronger and happier

These examples are just a smidgen of what your list should look like, but I hope you get the idea. Now, your strategic assignment is to get out a piece of paper and pen then start writing your list along with specific details on how you can help your clients further achieve results.

2. What problems does your business solve?

This step is similar to the first step in that you are asked to list 30 or more solutions your company solves for each of your clients. Always remember to be clear, detailed and specific.

3. What do you stand for?

Here’s an example of how to create your stance. I’m known as The Fab Marketer. It’s surprising that when I attend events, people recognize me as just that, “The Fab Marketer.” The shortened word Fab (meaning Fabulous) truly radiates within my essence and the creative, lively, spunk and talent I put into each of my projects. After all, every business owner wants “Fabulous” marketing and money result; right? Well, fulfilling their wish by bringing Fabulous results to their marketing efforts is my stance.

You should understand, this step may take a bit of time to figure out. So, plan a time when you can relax in peace and brainstorm new Branding Strategies that will make your business POP!
