• 1. During the phone consultation, we’ll both discuss your needs in great detail (or you’ll submit a completed questionnaire to me by email).
• 2. After our assessment and the review of your project, you’ll receive a written estimate within 48 hours. Prices are given based on the scope of your project. (i.e. page numbers, word count, # of products, # of projects, etc.).
• 3. If required, I may ask you to forward me any current and old marketing materials that pertain to your product or service.
• 4. Once all your information has been gathered and payment has been made, you’re scheduled into my system.
• 5. Upon working on your project, I may contact you with additional questions, to ensure accuracy of your request.
• 6. A rough draft may be submitted to you to review and provide edits and/or feedback to increase your satisfaction. Note: You’ll get a maximum of 4 revisions at this stage.
• 7. When the draft meets your standards, I’ll add the finishing touches to your project and send you the final copy.
• 8. Please allow me approximately 4-6 weeks to provide you with your completed project. (However, I usually deliver much sooner).
