Fab Marketing Terms of Service
My mission is to help business owners and solopreneurs, like you, build a profitable online presence— that’ll pay you back many times over. So, if you want to put money into your pocket and you need to create a powerful online marketing presence, then I’ll ask you to be cooperative by providing enough information about your business for me to do my job effectively.
Let me start by saying , while a quality web design can improve your sales, even the best design can’t turn a poor product or service into one that’ll make customers buy. So, let’s do our best to always provide customers with the utmost value to keep them coming back for more.
By contacting me via email, you can request a 45 minute marketing assessment or a written questionnaires for FREE. Either of these items will provide me with a detailed description of your project.
50% payment is due immediately upon acceptance of your project and 50% payment is due upon completion and approval.
Your finished product will be received in approximately 4-6 weeks, depending upon the scope of your project. This time starts after I have received, from you, all pertinent information about your business and the product you are offering. (However, I usually deliver much sooner)
Any revisions of your copy must be assigned within 15 days of the final copy. Revisions in reference to changes requested after the original assessment and submission of your final is charged at $75 per hour. Please note: You’re responsible for reviewing all drafts within the first 15 days of receiving your final project.
For rewrites and redesigns, your project could take less time for me to complete than starting from scratch. However, sometimes a redo may only take a few tweaks and edits, while others may require that I completely redo the entire project. So again, please schedule your work accordingly as these jobs may involve more work than what you might perceive.
Please note, I do not take projects that include: The adult industry, questionable pharmaceuticals, and anything else I would not talk about in church. It’s very hard to for me to write about things I don’t believe in.
I also ask that each of my clients always treat me in a professional manner. Non-responsive clients will be billed (in full) after repeat attempts have been made to acquire essential information needed to complete your project. Therefore, when I work with you I expect to be treated with the same respect I give to you. If you agree to this statement then I’m sure we’ll have an absolutely Fab time working together
